NO! ☝🏻you can’t easily get rid of belly fat from just consistently doing sit-up or any other abs workouts!

- Sit up/crunches and abs workout burn significantly less calories

- We can only lose and reduce our OVERALL body fat ( included your belly fat ) with calories deficit which requires us to eat well and work harder to burn more calories!
