In order to bulk up and get very muscular, you need to boost your body’s testosterone level NATURALLY! Way more intense and heavy strength training routine and eat way more calories than you are burning everyday (calories surplus)!
Most importantly is hardwork, dedication and consistency!
If weight loss is your goal, Strength training can actually help you lean out with combination of your diet too. Simply maintaining lean muscle mass requires higher energy. So, the more lean muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn at rest!
